A Letter From Tiff: "Missions Update: 26,949 Salvations!"

Dear Friends,

After His resurrection and prior to His ascension, Jesus gave his final command to the eleven disciples. This final command of our Lord and Savior is often referred to as the Great Commission. This divine order contains both the purpose and passion that you and I, along with every consecrated follower of Jesus Christ, should strive to fulfill!

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even unto the end of the age. Matthew 28:19,20 NLT

When you partnered with Lost Lamb Association, you became a practical part of both the purpose and the passion of fulfilling the Great Commission! Carrying out the final command of Jesus is exactly what this ministry has done for our entire ministry!

We must never forget the Great Commission was not a suggestion, it was a command! The Great Commission involves four directives. First, go to the nations of the world with the gospel. Secondly, make disciples. Thirdly, baptize those new disciples and fourthly, teach those new disciples how to be obedient to the full gospel.

God did not call every Christian into full time ministry, however, he has called every Christian to be a part of a ministry! Entering into full time ministry is not for everyone and should never be assumed without a clear and certain call! Many young believers have mistakenly assumed that their passion for ministry, missions and evangelism is a call to full time ministry and have yet to learn that purpose and passion that they feel is in the heart of every consecrated follower of Christ.

The apostle Paul made it clear that the effectiveness of the gospel requires both senders and goers. But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” Romans 10:14,15 NLT

I want to encourage you as you read this letter and see the amazing pictures in the update that your obedience to the Great Commission and your partnership with Lost Lamb is fulfilling Christ’s final command and your prayers and generosity can be seen in the faces of every man, woman and child in these pictures! Together we are reaching the unreached! I love you and appreciate you more than words can express!

There is no greater cause than winning the lost,
